Usually, orders ship the same day. However, depending on warehouse availability, some items may take up to 72 hours to ship.
Items that are not in stock will ship as soon as they become available. Our customer service representatives will contact you with information regarding the availability of items.
For items that need to be customized, please allow 10 business days for shipping.

Return / Exchange Policy
Returns / Exchanges are granted within 30 days of purchase. The product must be accompanied by the original invoice. All refunds will be provided in the same form as the order was paid for.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for refunds. There will be no refunds after 30 days of the original invoice.
All products must be returned upon approval by phone. Please call 877-778-8383 to obtain an Return Materials Authorization number. All items must be returned in their original packaging. Items are not returnable when seals are broken, worn out or damaged. Items may not be returnable when the packaging is worn out and not in like-new condition.
Items that are custom made are not returnable unless they are defective.
Items that are drop shipped for resellers must be returned to the reseller. Before returning any items, please contact the reseller for approval by phone.
DEALERS: We do not accept overstock returns. All returns must be made within 30 days of the original invoice.
Shipping costs for returns / exchanges are not refundable unless the items are defective.
