  1. Where are your products manufactured?

    All of our products are manufactured in Ital with the exception of items containing code NC. These items are manufactured in Germany.

  2. How long will it take for my order to ship?

    Usually, orders ship the same day. However, depending on warehouse availability, some items may take up to 72 hours to ship.

    Items that are not in stock will ship as soon as they become available. Our customer service representatives will contact you with information regarding the availability of items.

    For items that need to be customized, please allow 10 business days for shipping.

    All of our packages are shipped via UPS. The available shipping methods are listed below.

  4. Does UPS NEXT DAY AIR service always guarantee next day delivery?

    Not in all circumstances. We ship from New York and in most cases it is guaranteed next day. In some rural areas of the US, NEXT DAY Mail could only guarantee 2nd day delivery.

  5. What is your return policy?

    We accept returns on orders within 30 days of the invoice date as long as it is unopened in its original packaging. There are no restocking fees.

    The shipping costs for returning or re-shipping an item is the responsibility of the customer. For items that are defective, Rhein83 USA will cover any costs associated with returning the item.

  6. What is your exchange policy?

    We will exchange items as long as they are unopened in their original packaging and the item to be exchanged for is available.

    The shipping costs for returning and re-shipping an item for exchange is the responsibility of the customer. For items that are defective, Rhein83 USA will cover any costs associated with returning the item.

  7. Why must I call in to order Sphero/Block or other attachments for implants?

    To order Sphero Flex/Block and other attachments for implants, we need to collect important information about the implant hosting our abutment. Implant manufacturer, diameter and collar height are among the information that the customer must provide.

  8. May I register for the hands-on courses online?

    Not at this time. Seats for our hands-on courses must be booked over the phone by calling 877-778-8383. Please have a credit card ready at the time you call.

  9. What is your course refund policy?

    A FULL refund will be given for the course if a request to cancel is received 15 DAYS prior to the course date. After that time, no refunds will be given. However, attendees can reschedule the course within 1 year of the invoice date of the original course.

    Weather permitting, courses will be held. The dates and times of courses are subject to change.
